COVID-19 Coronavirus Updates

Please see below for how we are operating during the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • We are accepting orders through our website as normal for both deliveries and click & collect. For deliveries, please advise us if the order recipient is isolating when placing your order.
  • We are taking telephone orders during the shop opening hours. Please call us on 01482 802946 with your order.
  • Our shop on Greenwood Avenue is open to the public. All customers are required to wear a mask when entering the shop.

How we are keeping our customers safe:

We are following the government’s rules on social distancing for both deliveries and in store. Click on an option below for more information.

We are keeping our customers and staff safe by taking the following precautions for all deliveries:

  • All our deliveries are contactless.
  • Our delivery drivers have been instructed to wear gloves and a mask.
  • The delivery driver will leave your delivery on your doorstep after knocking on your door.

If you are picking up a click and collect order this must be paid for in advance (either over the telephone or through the website). When you arrive to pick up your order we will leave your order in the doorway for you to pickup and will maintain a 2 metre social distance at all times.

Our shop on Greenwood Avenue is open and we are taking the following steps to keep our customers safe:

  • We have a limit of 2 customers in the shop at any time.
  • We kindly ask that all customers wear a mask when inside the shop and use the hand sanitizer provided.
  • We will endeavour to maintain a 2 metre social distance at all times.

Our priority is the health and well-being of our customers, staff and our local community, and appreciate your understanding at this time.

We will be monitoring the situation closely and will return to normal as soon as it is safe to do so.
