I never go anywhere else for my flowers . The last order I cocked up and rang them the next morning. They’d already picked my correction email and the most beautiful flowers were delivered within hours . Can’t recommend them enough ..

I used Janet Pattison for the second time just before Christmas to have a lovely basket of flowers sent to my parents.
The flowers arrived on time and were just as advertised on the website. Great value for money.
The first time I collected the flowers from the store and again they were beautiful.

Thankyou for the beautiful flowers I ordered two bunches one for my daughter who had a baby and the lady was so accommodating I had to cancel unfortunately as baby was unwell and didnt come home when he should of, but once my daughter got home I contacted you and the very next morning a beautiful bouquet was delivered to my daughter with a beautiful little teddy. Thank you for arranging the beautiful flowers for my mother in laws funeral. The yellow rose display on the coffin was simply amazing as was the care you took in arranging the letters MUM in pink roses. Your flowers were a talking point during the day and I simply want to say thank you- you really made a different to what was a challenging day.

I live out of Town and needed some flowers to send to very special relatives. I am so pleased I used Janet Pattison. From the telephone conversation to the delivery driver I can't praise them enough. As for the quality of the flowers they last a long time and are presented beautifully. You will not be dissapointed. My family and myself will never use anyone else.

We chose janet pattisons to provide flowers for my Dad's funeral and we were very satisfied with the whole experience. Despite covid restrictions they worked around everything to deliver not only beautiful flowers but a very caring and compassionate service too. The lady who dealt with us was so understanding and obliging making such an upsetting task so much easier. I ordered a bouquet on line for my mother in law (just off Bricknell Avenue) as a close relative had just passed away. What is amazing is that the flowers were put together and delivered within an hour and a half of me ordering them. What is even more amazing to me, is that I am in Cambodia in South East Asia - over 6000 miles away - and the bouquet arrived (looking spectacular) within 2 hours of me hearing the news. I went into the shop to purchase a white coffin top spray for my grandmother's funeral. The order was placed with such short notice but nothing was too much trouble. The ladies were very polite and respectful and assured me that the flowers would be arranged and delivered to the funeral care venue the day before. When I saw them, I was astonished at the quality - a lot more than what I expected for the price I paid. I will not go to any other florist for flowers. Thank you.
